Introducing men’s ties made by Stitched with ethically manufactured and beautiful fabric designed by Aho Creative.
Many clients have requested ties that represent their Taonga, whether for weddings and special events or for the workplace. I’m so proud to make these ties available for my clients in a limited edition collection.
Aho Creative named this fabric design Ngā Hononga, described by Kristy as: “A fabric of relationship and connection. Woven of whakapapa. Infinitely complex and ever-evolving. Stretching through time and space. Connecting us to one another. To people and to place- past, present and future. Rauaruhe – named for the warm brown of the bracken fern on a natural creamy base.”
Tie width is 7 cm (modern width in between a traditional and skinny width). Length is 146 cm. The inner is made from wool blend. The fabric used is 85% Organic Cotton 15% Indian-grown Flax Linen. The tie seam is stitched by hand by myself – you won’t find a more ethically made tie.
Ready to courier within 24hrs of ordering (unless ordering multiples of the same design if available, then it takes 1 week per tie ordered). Delivery within New Zealand 3 – 5 days. Delivery to areas outside major cities may take longer. Please contact us first if you are in a hurry or have a short timeframe for delivery to avoid disappointment.
